Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actor, and activist. After moving to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her career began as an actor for children. She is best known for her appearances in AT&T commercials on TV. In these commercials, Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and in 2020 (since 2020). She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was a series regular on Yahoo! After being featured in the TV pilot that was never aired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also plays Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish and born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her fled antisemitism at the age of two. They moved to West Hollywood. Her family's financial troubles led to her acting in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out following her sophomore year. She earned a GED and then went to complete an Associate of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She was introduced to improv comedy through the Upright Citizens Brigade.
